An internationally recognized socks manufacturing brand, Filatex Fashions Ltd., has just entered into the Indian market. Filatex is known for its fashionable and top quality products. Filatex has acquired a Kolkata based e-commerce fashion site called vogue4all.com which sold only women's apparel thus far. The hope is to make it a multi-brand site within the next couple of years. Initially the site was acquired with 40 crores and an additional 40 crores were invested for the expansion of the plant and upgradation of Filatex's existing socks making unit in Hyderabad. As of now, vogue4all.com sells Filatex socks at the price range of Rs.40 to Rs.200.
